Every engagement is scoped on a free 20-minute call, then quoted at a fixed price for your exact situation. You pay that quote — which is why no two invoices are the same. The published ranges are the bands a quote lands inside; the band is set by your team size, the number of workflows, and how much process you need built.

Engagements start at $40. The audit fee is credited toward whatever comes next. Charges appear as “Operations consulting services — Engagement #[number].”
